I build with WordPress and Elementor Pro — the most widely used professional combination for home service sites. The result is a fully custom design that looks hand-coded, performs like a custom build, and is easy for you to update later without a developer.
Can I update the site myself after it's built?
Yes, Elementor’s drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to edit text, swap images, and add new content without touching any code. I include a handover session and a short tutorial so you’re confident managing it yourself.
What if I need changes after go-live?
Minor changes within the first 30 days are included. For ongoing changes or maintenance, I offer a monthly care plan — or I can simply quote each change as it comes. No obligation.
Do you handle hosting?
I can recommend and set up hosting for you (I work with SiteGround and Cloudways), or I can build on your existing host if you have one. Hosting is separate from the build cost and typically runs $15–30/month depending on your traffic.
Is local SEO included in the WordPress build?
The WordPress build includes on-page SEO foundations — schema markup, Yoast setup, clean URL structure, and a sitemap. Ongoing local SEO (Google Business Profile, citation building, monthly reporting) is a separate service that pairs very well with the build.
